Description
We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of paid social campaigns on various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and Twitter, among others. The successful candidate will be responsible for not only managing campaigns but also developing comprehensive strategies, collaborating with other teams, and providing expertise in the realm of paid social media marketing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and executing top-tier paid social strategies aimed at enhancing user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth globally, focusing on English-speaking markets like the US, UK, and Canada.
- Providing strategic recommendations to senior management, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Collaborating with different departments within the organization to create cohesive strategies that align with broader goals.
- Taking charge of planning, implementing, and optimizing large-scale paid social campaigns across various platforms to meet business objectives.
- Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of paid social specialists, encouraging innovation and excellence.
- Offering support and training to team members to facilitate skill development and career advancement.
- Serving as the go-to expert in paid social, driving innovation and promoting best practices.
- Acting as a leader who can both work independently and empower the team for collective success.
- Allocating resources strategically to maximize returns across platforms, regions, and campaigns.
- Continuously assessing and enhancing campaign performance through methods like A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative experimentation.
Requirements for this role include:
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business, or Finance.
- Demonstrated success in expanding global paid social efforts for web and app platforms.
- Ideal experience in areas like TradFi, Crypto, i-gaming, or sports.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in paid social media marketing, including managing large campaigns across multiple platforms.
- At least 3 years of experience in team management, with a proven track record of developing and retaining high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in paid social platforms, tools, and analytics systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to influence stakeholders.
- Experience handling substantial budgets and optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
- Expertise in performance marketing in English-speaking markets and globally.
- Advanced knowledge of audience targeting, conversion optimization, and creative testing practices.
- A strong interest in remaining abreast of industry trends and driving innovation.
