About the Role
We are in search of a Partnerships Associate to drive the growth of a new vertical within the Titan platform. As a key member of the team, you will focus on expanding partnerships as a strategic avenue for our development. Your responsibilities will include devising and implementing a top-of-funnel strategy, engaging potential partners across specific industries through various outreach efforts, and upholding the excellence of the Titan brand in all communications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive top-of-funnel strategy leveraging various outreach methods to meet objectives.
- Establish and nurture relationships with industry stakeholders and potential partners while upholding Titan's quality standards in all interactions.
- Partner with the broader marketing team to create partnership materials, including email templates and proposals.
- Participate in strategy sessions to enhance the partnership approach and uncover new growth opportunities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in the travel and lifestyle sectors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team as needed and contribute to team and company-building initiatives.

Requirements
- Prior experience in a membership or partnership sales role, particularly in high-end hospitality settings.

Compensation
Anticipated annual salary range: $60,000 - $90,000 plus stock options and benefits. Our commitment is to offer competitive compensation packages aligned with our culture and values, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. The final salary will be determined based on various factors.
