What you'll contribute to the team:
As a valuable team member, you will leverage your network and relationships in the finance, blockchain, and technology sectors to establish strategic partnerships. Your goal will be to accelerate the growth of FalconX by forging win-win partnerships that deliver value to us, our partners, and our customers. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and become a trusted bridge between product, engineering, marketing, and other departments.
- Collaborate with FalconX leadership to identify and execute partnership opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners, proactively identify new opportunities, and manage and expand portfolios
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative services and features that enhance FalconX's product offerings
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic relationships
- Deliver exceptional project management, status updates, and opportunity briefs to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Institutional Sales, and Coverage teams to define and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development, maintenance, and expansion of our global Partnerships strategy
- Cultivate long-lasting relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers of our partners
- Identify new partnership opportunities to expand the firm's reach
- Prioritize effectively, focusing the team's time and resources on the most promising opportunities while managing secondary ones efficiently
- Research and attend relevant industry conferences when required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a centralized crypto exchange, prime brokerage, or prop trading firm
- Strong knowledge of the crypto industry, including different types of cryptocurrencies, underlying technology, and regulatory landscape
- Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work well within a team
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Experience in managing third-party relationships and effectively communicating findings and proposals
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, prioritization, and time management abilities
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Familiarity with FalconX products and services, including trading and prime brokerage services
- Passion for the crypto space
Nice to have:
- Previous experience as an early/founding team member
- MBA or other higher education
