As a member of the People Partnership team, your key role will involve enhancing the employee experience through managing the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and offboarding. You will collaborate closely with leadership to offer strategic guidance on people-related matters. Your proficiency in HR policies, procedures, and engagement, coupled with strong interpersonal skills, will be crucial in developing lasting relationships with employees and contributing to their satisfaction and success.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise in managing the entire employee journey, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Identify challenges and provide innovative solutions to support Anchorage and its employees successfully.
  • Efficiently navigate and utilize various People team systems such as HRIS and LMS tools.
  • Make informed decisions using data insights to drive strategies, structures, and programs aimed at enhancing organizational health and productivity.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Guide leaders in aligning business and people strategies to shape a positive employee experience.
  • Lead initiatives within the People team that improve employee experience, engagement, and relations.
  • Develop clear, concise process documentation and presentations for employees, supported by data-driven decision-making.
  • Align projects with organizational objectives while upholding existing policies for consistency.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Advise leadership on organizational strategies and change management initiatives.
  • Articulate how the employee experience contributes to Anchorage's overall goals and strategies.
  • Collaborate with revenue-generating teams to drive people-related programs.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Communicate empathetically with all team members, ensuring alignment with company culture.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects to bring value and support efforts across the organization.
  • Collaborate effectively within the People team to ensure shared goals and understanding.
  • Influence employees on policy shifts and process improvements while building trusting relationships with all levels.
