People Operations Generalist

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic People Operations Generalist to join our innovative team. This multifaceted role blends the strategic expertise of an HR Business Partner and the practical skills of a People Programs Manager. As a key player in shaping our organizational culture, fostering employee engagement, and nurturing talent during our growth phase, you will play a crucial role in enabling our team members to achieve their full potential in the dynamic web3 landscape.
This position, welcoming candidates within the GMT to ET time zones for effective collaboration with our global team, offers an exciting opportunity to drive initiatives focusing on learning and development, cultural enrichment, and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary HR contact for a significant portion of the organization
- Providing support and guidance to employees and managers in escalated situations
- Collaborating with various teams to address people-related matters effectively
- Designing and overseeing programs related to Performance Management, Learning and Development, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), Employee Engagement, Retention, and Experience
- Creating and implementing global learning and development initiatives, including leadership training and soft skills development
- Contributing to the establishment of company-wide frameworks aligned with core values and competencies
- Delivering engaging training materials, presentations, and interactive programs
- Leading employee engagement efforts to foster a high-performing and inclusive work culture
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources
- Strong project management skills with a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a passion for employee development
- Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships across diverse teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interest in organizational behavior and team dynamics
- Proficiency in influencing stakeholders at various levels
- Experience developing compelling training content and programs
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the web3 industry considered a plus
