A key aspect of this role involves overseeing and analyzing lead and customer databases to optimize our business processes.

Ideal candidates will have a comprehensive understanding of social media from both a personal and business perspective, with technical proficiency in posting and tracking various types of content across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Engagement Tracking and Analysis
  • Monitor brand and competitor activities on social media to track metrics like likes, shares, comments, and followers.
