The selected candidate will be accountable for monitoring and evaluating social media trends, engagement, competitor activities, website traffic, and user behavior to guide our marketing strategies with data-driven insights.
A key aspect of this role involves overseeing and analyzing lead and customer databases to optimize our business processes.
Ideal candidates will have a comprehensive understanding of social media from both a personal and business perspective, with technical proficiency in posting and tracking various types of content across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Social Media Engagement Tracking and Analysis
- Monitor brand and competitor activities on social media to track metrics like likes, shares, comments, and followers.
- Analyze engagement data to detect trends, potential viral opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
- Website Traffic and Visitor Behavior Analysis
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics to derive valuable insights about website performance.
- Track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to provide recommendations for user experience improvements.
- Database Management
