Role Summary:

As a Polygon Success Manager (PSM) with Polygon Labs, you will play a crucial role in connecting the company with its valued builders. The primary focus of this role is to ensure an outstanding experience for builders along their journey with Polygon. You will be instrumental in fostering and expanding relationships with builders, enabling them to fully leverage the benefits of Polygon blockchain technology.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Engagement: Initiate and manage engagement processes to introduce builders to the Polygon ecosystem and drive adoption.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and implement engagement and communication strategies to maintain high satisfaction levels and track performance against KPIs.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize Polygon chain data to enhance builder adoption and satisfaction.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and address risk factors to prevent builder dissatisfaction and enhance retention.
  • Customer Advocacy: Champion the builder relationship internally across various teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Product Knowledge: Become an expert in Polygon protocols and educate builders on their advantages.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on Web3 market trends to align offerings with builder needs.
  • Planning and Prioritization: Efficiently manage builder activities, issues, and requests to provide timely solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Business Development and Solution Engineering teams to enhance product offerings and services.
  • Advocacy Building: Create advocacy relationships with strategic builders to leverage as marketing channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in technology or blockchain sectors.
  • Proficiency in Web3 and blockchain technology.
  • Strong knowledge of the Web3 market and ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in CRM and partner management tools.
