The Principal Analyst role at Circle within the Regulatory Assurance team involves establishing a centralized global function dedicated to strengthening compliance management practices across all regional and core compliance operations. Key responsibilities include spearheading the development and implementation of Circle’s Regulatory Change Management Program. In this critical role, you will manage regulatory changes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, define roles and deliverables for stakeholders, and drive impactful outcomes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Regulatory Change Management Program strategy and framework.
  • Enhance processes for a streamlined and efficient Program operation.
  • Identify, track, assess, and process all regulatory changes within the Program's scope.
  • Collaborate with various teams to present new regulations, evaluate risks, and ensure compliance.
  • Oversee remediation efforts and escalate risks as necessary.
  • Prepare reports on Program performance.

Additional Information

This role may qualify for immediate sponsorship. Compensation is determined based on various factors, such as relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and business needs. The compensation package includes a base pay ranging from $160,000 to $207,500, with an annual bonus target of 17.5%, equity, and benefits covering medical, dental, visions, and 401(k). Circle offers a flexible vacation policy along with sick leave and paid holidays in the U.S.
