About the Opportunity

We are searching for an experienced and skilled Principal Product Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of our innovative AI products. Collaborating closely with multifunctional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and business development, you will define the product strategy, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the crypto sector, substantial AI expertise, strong analytical and communication abilities, and a passion for driving innovation in the cryptocurrency industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Coverage: Engage in cutting-edge technology projects, integrating AI to assist users in their trading decisions across various trading aspects.
  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a coherent product strategy for our new AI products in line with the overall company objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in the crypto arena.
  • Product Roadmap: Outline and prioritize the product roadmap to ensure alignment with company vision and market demands. Collaborate with different teams to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and specify product features clearly.
  • User Research: Conduct user research and interviews to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors within the crypto industry. Utilize insights gleaned to inform product decisions and prioritize valuable features.
  • Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and other relevant teams to oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to launch. Ensure timely delivery of features, address technical challenges, and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including go-to-market strategies, coordination with marketing and sales teams, and driving product adoption smoothly.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish key product metrics and a framework for tracking and analyzing product performance. Utilize data insights to identify enhancement opportunities and make informed decisions for product optimization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including local market executives, engineering teams, and business development departments, to ensure alignment and backing for product initiatives. Effectively communicate product progress and impact to all stakeholders.

  • Proven Expertise: 5+ years of Product Manager experience, preferably within the tech industry with an AI background. Track record of delivering innovative products successfully.
  • Crypto Knowledge: Basic understanding of cryptocurrencies, centralized and decentralized finance concepts.

Tasks
Your role is to articulate Acurast's message to the global audience by crafting a marketing message that adeptly speaks to the three primary stakeholders of Acurast: Processors, the entities fueling compute for the decentralized cloud; Consumers, the developers utilizing Acurast; and the Community.
Develop and implement impactful communication campaigns targeting diverse audiences to enhance brand awareness and bolster the company's reputation.
