The Product Team
The Product Team at Chainlink Labs aims to deliver state-of-the-art solutions for DeFi, on-chain finance, gaming, NFTs, and other sectors. This team of seasoned product managers, designers, and engineers works collaboratively to create innovative products that facilitate smart contracts in securely accessing off-chain data and systems.

The Principal Product Manager, Compliance oversees defining and driving the strategy, planning, delivery, marketing, and management of new Chainlink platform products. These products support Banking and Capital Markets customers in establishing and maintaining robust governance controls over entities and operations within and across blockchains and conventional systems. This role is instrumental in ensuring that customers' DLT and blockchain workflows align with internal controls for risk management and regulatory compliance, creating secure and privacy-respecting representations of identities and assertions regarding entities involved in such workflows.
Your Impact
Develop an extensive suite of Chainlink platform features to meet customers' demands in governance and compliance, encompassing identity management, credential issuance, policy definition, enforcement mechanisms, and auditing/reporting.
Design specification languages and interfaces for customers to define and configure their business rules and policies effortlessly.
Architect resilient, scalable, and adaptable enforcement components deployable in on-chain, off-chain, or hybrid configurations to enforce business rules across distributed systems.
Establish a management control plane enabling customers to set up enforcement points, monitor policy implementation, and oversee overall governance posture.
Ensure seamless integration of Chainlink governance solutions with customers' existing enterprise applications and platforms to promote a unified risk management and compliance approach.
Requirements
Comprehensive experience in designing and implementing internal controls and compliance frameworks in risk management and regulatory compliance within a major financial institution.
Solid comprehension of identity management, credential issuance, and privacy-preserving data handling and workflows.
Profound expertise in distributed ledger technology (DLT) and its applications in capital markets.
Proficiency in designing specification languages for defining business rules and policies.
Hands-on experience in implementing enforcement components for applying business rules in distributed systems through on-chain, off-chain, or hybrid methods.
Ability to build management control planes for establishing enforcement points and monitoring policy implementation.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Requirements
Proficiency in user experience design to create intuitive interfaces for customers to configure policies and business rules.
Familiarity with audit and reporting mechanisms for governance control enforcement.
Knowledge of integrating distributed systems with traditional enterprise applications and platforms.
Experience in influencing and achieving results concerning customer requirements and associated roadmaps.
Certifications or relevant training in risk management, compliance, or governance frameworks.
