Responsibilities:
Joining as a Principal Product Marketing Manager, you will lead Go-to-Market activities for Circle’s developer tooling and blockchain infrastructure platform. Reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with an innovative team dedicated to this strategic product segment.
Key duties involve:
- Acting as the product expert regarding features, benefits, competitive landscape, and customer segmentation
- Crafting positioning, messaging, and channel strategies for new product launches and ongoing initiatives
- Collaborating with Product and Business Development to identify market opportunities and support new product definition
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing, communications, and sales enablement materials for GTM activations
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Product Marketing, or a blend of Product, Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, or related fields with a preference for experience in B2B software or technology services
- Deep understanding of blockchain, digital currency, fintech, and capital markets
- Proven track record in developing differentiated positioning and messaging for technical products
- Experience in executing GTM strategies with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to navigate technical depths
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and bring structure to complexity
- Proficiency in Slack, Google Workspace, Coda, and macOS
Additional Details:
This position offers day-one PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates. The compensation package considers diverse factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, and organizational needs. Annual Base Pay Range is $175,000 - $225,000 with an Annual Bonus Target of 17.5%. Benefits package includes Equity, Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k).
