Role Overview

As FTS advances its Lending as a Service platform, the role involves creating a shared software development platform, particularly focused on IAM (Identity and Access Management) technology. Key Responsibilities
- Lead with a tech-driven approach to solve real-world challenges
- Collaborate with diverse teams across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Leadership to seize opportunities and position FTS as a leader in the FinTech industry
- Work in tandem with DevOps, SecOps, and business teams to deliver a secure, multi-tenant authentication environment for Lending as a Service
- Partner with business teams and external partners to implement authentication integration using external identity providers
- Develop robust customer authentication systems for B2C and B2B2C scenarios
- Work with partners to enable Web3 wallet-based authentication
- Provide guidance to development teams and troubleshoot technical issues

Qualifications
