About the Role

At the core of our operations is engineering, where we are revolutionizing the financial services sector with a blockchain-native lending solution. Engineers play a crucial role in contributing to the team and company's growth.

As FTS implements its Lending-as-a-Service platform, we require a shared software development platform, specifically focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) technology. This role will play a vital part in developing solutions for rapid partner onboarding and ensuring a secure and intuitive user experience for customers and partner clients. As an expert in multitenant technology solutions, you will collaborate with various teams and external partners to establish a stable platform for all products.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and leverage your technical skills to solve real-world problems
• Collaborate across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and Leadership teams to drive FTS forward in the FinTech industry
• Work closely with DevOps, SecOps, and business teams to provide secure, multi-tenant authentication solutions for Lending as a Service
• Partner with internal and external teams to integrate authentication using external identity providers
• Develop high-quality customer authentication systems for different scenarios
• Collaborate with partners for Web3 wallet-based authentication
• Assist development teams by providing guidance and addressing issues
• Design, implement, and maintain a standardized platform for building backend microservices and customer-facing applications
• Provide leadership on security architecture and concerns
• Drive innovation for the lending platform

What We Look For

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong execution abilities
• BS/BA or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
• 12+ years of software engineering experience in an agile environment
• Experience in leading projects with multitenant architecture
• Expertise in identity and authorization in a multitenant setting
• Self-starter who can execute work independently
• Track record in conceptualizing and delivering end-to-end projects
• Ability to take projects from concept to release

For residents in CO, NY, CA, and WA, the salary range is $156,640 - $195,800 with up to a 25% Bonus and Equity. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience and location.
