Key Responsibilities:
The Principal Talent Systems & Technology Partner will be a vital piece of Circle's Talent Systems team, enhancing the employee experience through our Talent tech stack. This role is crucial for managing, optimizing, and driving the successful implementation of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The focus will be on supporting the company's global workforce in its growth and scalability. Collaboration with Talent leadership, IT, and various business units is essential to ensuring a streamlined HRIS strategy aligning with organizational goals.
Primary Duties:
- Lead configuration, implementation, and maintenance of the Workday HCM system to ensure peak performance.
- Collaborate with HR teams to identify and implement HCM module improvements.
- Enhance security protocols within the Workday system to secure confidential employee data.
- Regularly review and adjust user access and permissions as per evolving business needs.
- Conduct security audits to maintain best practices and mitigate potential risks.
- Design and deliver customized reports and dashboards for HR insights and decision support.
- Train HR staff in report-building tools to enhance data literacy across the organization.
- Manage Workday's benefits module, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with benefits vendors for integration management and issue resolution.
- Maintain data integrity for employee lifecycle transactions and enhance data accuracy within Workday through regular audits.
- Engage in additional Talent responsibilities as required, such as onboarding, offboarding, employee communication, and project management.

Qualification Requirements:
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in large-scale organizations.
- Deliver top-tier client/customer experience and exhibit subject matter expertise with self-awareness.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively communicate in platforms like GSuite and Slack.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Expertise in MacOS, Gmail, Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs), and HR systems like Workday.
Additional Details:
- Day-one PERM sponsorship eligibility for qualified candidates.
- Starting pay: $160,000 - $207,500, with annual bonus target at 17.5%.
- Benefits: Equity, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), discretionary vacation policy, 10 days of paid sick leave annually, and 11 paid holidays in the U.S.
