Product Analyst

Seedify is seeking a Product Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Product Analyst at Seedify, you will play a vital role in refining and outlining Product Roadmaps for their IDO, INO Launchpads, and upcoming initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Leadership Team, Marketing Teams, Engineers, and Designers to prioritize feature sets and shape the future of Seedify's Products. The ideal candidate should possess a sharp attention to detail, a dedication to user-centered design, and the ability to approach complex user challenges with a blend of creativity and analytics. Your responsibilities will involve engaging in daily stand-ups, design reviews, usability testing, and iteratively refining PRDs and User Stories based on feedback, all with the goal of ensuring the best possible user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to developing the overall product strategy, roadmap, and business plan
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define detailed product and business requirements
• Engage in thorough User Acceptance Testing to confirm products align with requirements
• Support other teams in managing engagements with clients and internal and external parties
• Actively manage product backlog, engage in pre-planning, prioritize tasks, and conduct user story mapping sessions
• Create product documentation such as specifications, wireframes, site maps, and process flows
• Facilitate communication throughout all project phases and proactively notify management of any changes to scope, timelines, and resources

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Owner/Analyst, with a preference for experience in the Crypto or Gaming industries
• Hands-on experience in the crypto industry, including being a HODLER and DeFi enthusiast, with a subscription to Web3 newsletters
• Proficiency in interaction design, information architecture, and Agile project management workflows utilizing tools such as Jira for ticketing and backlog grooming
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and visual diagrams such as Miro or Lucidcharts
• Solid understanding of information architecture and best practices in user experience
• Solution-oriented, highly motivated, proactive, and possessing strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
