Responsibilities:

Join Circle as a Product Compliance Analyst to support the strategic growth of Circle's product offerings and ensure adherence to change management standards. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Compliance, you will collaborate across teams to oversee product expansions and operational compliance.

Key Duties:

• Review proposed changes to Circle's products, covering international expansions, blockchain developments, and partnerships.
• Establish standardized risk assessment protocols for products and blockchain initiatives in line with enterprise risk management practices.
• Document product and blockchain risks and compliance measures.
• Stay updated on global regulations affecting Circle's strategic priorities in expansions, traditional finance, and digital assets.
• Contribute insights to business and compliance strategies and participate in relevant industry events, meetings and collaborations.
• Conduct analyses on blockchain technologies vis-a-vis regulatory updates and industry advancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in fintech, risk, compliance, or blockchain-related fields.
• Knowledge of virtual assets, blockchain technology, and emerging web3 technologies.
• Familiarity with global financial compliance regulations, particularly in virtual assets and blockchain.
• Strong communication skills, especially in technical writing.
• Proficiency with tools like Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite.

Additional Details:

• This role allows for day-one PERM sponsorship for eligible candidates.
• Compensation package considers various factors such as experience, skills, and business needs.
• Base Pay Range: $81,000 - $109,000; Annual Bonus Target: 10%.
