Product Coordinator (Acquisition)

Your role with us:
In this capacity, you will assist the Product Management team by collecting and analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and the market to aid in defining product requirements and features. You will work closely with Product Managers on project management efforts, such as outlining project requirements, timelines, and coordinating deliverables.
The Acquisition team at Easygo is instrumental in promoting our products to new users through partnerships with affiliates and sponsors, along with executing effective marketing strategies. The Acquisition Product Coordinator will be responsible for managing requirements focused on enhancing onboarding opportunities for customers and affiliates on the platform. Tasks include creating registration landing pages, liaising with the sponsorship team to brief the design team, and collaborating with Product Managers to develop ideas and features to enrich the platform.

What you will do:
- Serve as a business partner and advocate for the feature requirements of business units.
- Engage in quality assurance processes to ensure products meet customer expectations and standards within the Acceptance Criteria.
- Assist the Product Management team in collecting requirements, creating BAU tickets, developing Acceptance Criteria, and managing projects.
- Aid in creating and maintaining product documentation, including project WIP documents, customer support content, and the Product Requirements Document.
- Collaborate with business functions to ensure product alignment and support product launch activities.
- Monitor and report on product performance, usage metrics, and success criteria.
- Facilitate cross-team and stakeholder communication to ensure clarity on product objectives, timelines, and progress.
What you will bring:
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana for task management, project tracking, and team collaboration.
- Experience working with stakeholders on requirements gathering, incorporating feedback, and garnering support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Knowledge of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Similar experience in product coordination, project/account management, or related roles within a product development or agency setting.
Bonus points if you also have:
- Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles.
- Experience with process modeling and creating business cases as a business analyst.
- Familiarity with quality assurance (QA) processes, like crafting Acceptance Criteria and conducting feature tests pre-launch.
- Knowledge in sports & gambling or cryptocurrency is advantageous.
