Description
Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives from concept to launch, making a global impact by delivering innovative features and products. We work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, to ensure successful product launches.
About the Role
As a key member of the team, you will utilize data analytics to drive product development, improve user experience, and support strategic initiatives. Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams, you will analyze user behavior, extract valuable insights from data, and implement recommendations.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions across the organization, using descriptive and predictive analytics to drive significant impact.
- Present analysis and insights in clear verbal, visual, and written formats to stakeholders.
- Lead the data strategy for product engineering, influencing architecture and design decisions based on data insights.
- Advocate for logging mechanisms throughout the product to enable effective user behavior analysis.
- Provide ongoing analytics support to partner teams, develop tools and dashboards to facilitate data access and self-service.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in product or tech environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Knowledge of crypto and financial services is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
