Product Designer

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the product manager and engineering team to enhance design processes that support rapid iteration and progress.
- Generate user-friendly, globally appealing designs with expert insights and recommendations.
- Conduct user research and leverage qualitative and quantitative customer insights to drive innovative solutions in partnership with product managers.
- Deliver high-quality UI/UX design solutions with attention to detail and robustness.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in fields such as Web3, crypto, payments, finance, or AI.
- Educational background in graphic design, HCI, visual arts, or related disciplines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Openness to learning and receiving constructive feedback.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
