About the Role

We are seeking Product Designers to shape the future of finance and create exceptional user experiences. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in defining strategies, developing products, and ensuring a culture of excellent user experience across all customer touchpoints.

You will work on mobile-first products and features that cater to retail investors, expanding our business beyond the core trader customer base. Our goal is to make cryptocurrency accessible to everyone, and we need your innovative ideas and expertise to achieve this.

As part of the Experience team, you will own the design of core transaction workflows, data display, and key features. Your work will be based on research, data, and insights to delight millions of customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Understand and synthesize the needs of Product, Engineering, and Marketing to create comprehensive design deliverables throughout the product development process.
  • Translate research insights into disruptive new product ideas and design workflows and interactions to bring them to life.
  • Support the product development process with wireframes, user flows, mockups, prototypes, and research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define initiatives and create user-centered solutions.
  • Shape the overall design vision of your area of ownership by working closely with UX Research, UX Writing, Brand, and Product leadership.
  • Seek feedback from peers and stakeholders to consistently improve the quality of the design.
  • Mentor other designers on craft, quality, experience, and processes.
  • Use data to inform design decisions and improve user experiences.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of relevant industry experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to advocate for design decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and designing for multiple platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of customer-centric thinking and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions and workshops to generate ideas and align product goals.
  • Passion for resolving user pain points through intuitive and beautiful designs.
  • Strong information architecture knowledge.
  • Familiarity with experimentation and research techniques to measure the impact of design work.
