Description
Job Summary: As a Card Product Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of Crypto.com's card products, collaborating with various departments such as marketing, finance, risk management, and technology to ensure product success and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape the strategy for launching products in new markets, navigate stakeholder relationships, and comply with local regulations.
- Develop and adhere to realistic timelines for product launch.
- Enhance relationships with business partners to negotiate optimal solutions and agreements for Crypto.com.
- Gain in-depth product knowledge to drive enhancements for increased market share and profitability.
- Lead multinational, interdisciplinary project groups and stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field.
- 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in financial services focusing on card products.
- Profound understanding of card payment systems, regulations, and industry trends.
- Record of effectively launching and managing card products to boost revenue.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills with a cross-functional approach.
- Knowledge of agile product development methodologies is advantageous.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000 per year
