Job Summary
As a Card Product Manager, you will be in charge of overseeing the entire lifecycle of Crypto.com's card products. Working collaboratively with various teams such as marketing, finance, risk management, and technology, you will ensure the success of the card products and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify optimal strategies for launching in new countries, managing the process including stakeholder engagement and compliance with local regulations.
- Develop feasible timelines and effectively introduce products to the market.
- Cultivate and enhance partnerships with business collaborators and vendors to secure favorable solutions and commercial agreements.
- Gain a deep understanding of the product to implement enhancements that boost market reach, usage, and profitability.
- Lead project teams across regions and functions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and developments in both the crypto and financial sectors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, preferably within financial services focusing on card products.
- Comprehensive knowledge of card payment systems, regulations, and industry trends.
- Successful track record of launching and managing card products that drive revenue growth.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
- Experience with agile product development methodologies is advantageous.
Salary Range
