About the role: The Cash team focuses on facilitating money movement and transfers by working with various financial institutions to ensure smooth transactions on our platform.
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Product Director who possesses the vision and drive to lead the creation, implementation, and management of a platform that revolutionizes the way users interact with money. Having a deep understanding of US banking regulations and practices is vital for this role, given its focus on US partners.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business to develop, communicate, and manage the team’s roadmap aligning with strategic priorities
- Lead complex projects by defining features, creating product specifications, conducting user studies, iterating based on feedback, managing the backlog, and overseeing timely product launches
- Engage with customers to ensure their needs are understood and incorporated in the product development process
- Prioritize initiatives effectively, considering trade-offs that may be necessary
- Work closely with design, frontend, and backend teams to deliver top-quality features
- Stay informed about market trends to ensure our products remain competitive
- Represent the team in communication with cross-functional teams
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years in fintech product management, with expertise in US payment systems and cash clearing networks being advantageous
