To support the growth of our Exchange App, an opportunity has arisen for a Growth Marketing Hacker to spearhead our go-to-market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning to drive worldwide user growth and engagement.
This position combines elements of product, data, and creative execution and is best suited for a strategic marketer who excels in dynamic, high-responsibility environments. You will collaborate closely with product managers and growth teams to merge feature releases, growth campaigns, and user insights into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse user bases and regions.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Positioning:
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams to lead the growth strategy for the Exchange (Advanced) vertical.
- Develop stories and campaigns that set our platform apart in the competitive global market.
- Define user personas and tailor journeys for different segments such as retail traders, crypto newcomers, and high-frequency traders.
- Drive creative and copy positioning and guide growth teams for delivering impactful, localized campaigns.
- Align with product managers on roadmap priorities and customer feedback mechanisms.
- Launch Execution:
- Manage go-to-market planning for feature launches in alignment with the product team.
- Design integrated marketing campaigns across various channels for User Acquisition (UA) execution.
- Ensure timely, scalable, and data-informed campaigns in partnership with marketing, growth, and product teams.
- Modify messaging for region-specific rollouts in collaboration with local market teams and growth.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence:
- Conduct market trend analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and risks.
- Utilize user interviews, feedback loops, and surveys to gather insights and enhance UX/messaging.
- Share insights with product and growth teams to influence prioritization and positioning.
- Growth & Retention:
- Develop lifecycle programs enhancing user activation, trading volume, and long-term retention.
- Conceptualize promotions, streaks, and incentive programs driving engagement and retention.
- Work with data, analytics, and product teams to enhance onboarding and reactivation flows.
- Performance & Reporting:
- Establish KPIs with Growth and Product teams covering funnel metrics, retention, and campaign impact.
- Utilize tools like GA4, Tableau, Mixpanel for reporting and collaborate closely with analytics and product teams for rapid iteration.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in crypto or finance.
- Track record of successfully launching and scaling B2C products/platforms and driving sustainable adoption and revenue growth.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills, able to simplify complex concepts and craft compelling narratives.
- Collaborative with cross-functional experience in fast-paced settings and a proactive approach.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and user research.
- Experience in regulated industries or financial services is beneficial.
