Product Growth Hacker (Exchange)
Crypto.com is dedicated to advancing the global adoption of cryptocurrency. We are expanding our Exchange App and seeking a Growth Marketing Hacker to drive our market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning to enhance user growth and engagement worldwide.
This position requires collaboration across product, data, and creative realms, ideal for a strategic marketer accustomed to fast-paced environments. You will closely partner with product managers and growth teams to craft compelling narratives aligning feature releases, growth campaigns, and user insights to resonate with diverse user segments globally.
Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Positioning
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams to develop the growth strategy for the Exchange (Advanced) vertical.
- Create stories and campaigns that set our platform apart in a competitive global market.
- Define user personas and map tailored journeys, working in partnership with data, analytics, and product.
- Lead creative/copy positioning and support growth teams in delivering impactful campaigns.
- Align with product managers on prioritizing roadmap and incorporating customer feedback.
2. Launch Execution
- Manage go-to-market planning for feature launches in partnership with the product team.
- Conceptualize integrated marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Ensure campaigns are timely, scalable, and data-driven by working closely with marketing, growth, and product teams.
- Collaborate with local market teams and growth for region-specific messaging adaptations.
3. Customer Insights & Market Intelligence
- Analyze market trends and conduct competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
- Gather user feedback through interviews, surveys, and feedback loops to enhance user experience and messaging.
- Share insights with product and growth teams to inform prioritization and positioning.
4. Growth & Retention
- Develop lifecycle programs to drive user activation, trading volume, and retention.
- Design promotions and incentive programs to enhance engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with data, analytics, and product teams to optimize onboarding and reactivation flows.
5. Performance & Reporting
- Define KPIs and evaluate funnel metrics, retention, and campaign impact in collaboration with Growth and Product teams.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and Mixpanel for reporting and iterate quickly.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in crypto or financial sectors.
- Demonstrated success in scaling B2C products, driving adoption, and revenue sustainably.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas effectively.
- Collaborative nature with experience in cross-functional environments that value action-oriented approach.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in marketing analytics and user research.
- Experience in regulated industries or financial services is advantageous.
