Product Growth Hacker (Exchange)
Crypto.com is seeking a talented individual to drive the growth and engagement of its Exchange App. The appointed individual will be responsible for developing and executing a robust go-to-market strategy, lifecycle initiatives, and product positioning to support the global expansion of users.
The role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to work at the intersection of product, data, and creative execution. Collaboration with product managers and growth teams will be essential to align feature rollouts, growth campaigns, and user insights into compelling narratives that resonate across various demographics and user segments.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Positioning:
- Collaborate with product and strategy teams to define and execute the growth strategy for the Exchange (Advanced) vertical.
- Create engaging stories and campaigns that set our platform apart in a competitive global market.
- Define user personas and personalized journeys in collaboration with data, analytics, and product teams.
- Lead creative positioning and brief submissions for impactful and localized campaigns by growth teams.
- Work closely with product managers to align on roadmap priorities and incorporate customer feedback loops.
- Launch Execution:
- Manage go-to-market planning for feature launches in partnership with the product team.
- Develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels for user acquisition, such as in-app, email, web, social, and earned media.
- Ensure campaigns are timely, scalable, and data-informed through collaboration with marketing, growth, and product teams.
- Customize messaging for region-specific rollouts by liaising with local market teams and growth.
- Customer Insights & Market Intelligence:
- Analyze market trends and conduct competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and threats.
- Gather user feedback through interviews, surveys, and feedback loops to enhance UX and messaging.
- Share insights with product and growth teams to support prioritization and positioning efforts.
- Growth & Retention:
- Design lifecycle programs to increase user activation, trading volume, and long-term retention.
- Implement promotions and incentive programs that encourage engagement and improve retention rates.
- Collaborate with data, analytics, and product teams to optimize onboarding and reactivation flows.
- Performance & Reporting:
- Establish KPIs in collaboration with Growth and Product teams covering funnel metrics, retention, and campaign impact.
- Utilize tools like GA4, Tableau, and Mixpanel to generate reports and work closely with analytics and product teams for iterative improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the crypto or financial industry.
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling B2C products or platforms while achieving sustainable growth in adoption and revenue.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively and drive conversion.
- A collaborative mindset with experience working across functions in fast-paced environments, displaying a bias towards action.
- Analytical proficiency in marketing analytics and user research.
- Experience in regulated industries or financial services is a bonus.
