About the Role
We are on a mission to enhance the core Agent capabilities and Skill ecosystem at Binance Agentic. To accomplish this, we are seeking a talented Product Manager with a strong background in AI and Web3 to lead the design of Agent products, evaluate the Harness framework, validate tasks from end to end, and drive continuous refinement.
As the Product Manager, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of AI Agent capabilities as well as the intricacies of Web3 and exchange business scenarios. Your role will involve rallying teams from engineering, business, operations, and partnerships to deliver innovative Agent-powered products.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of Agent-related capabilities within Binance Agentic, covering task flows, user interactions, capability boundaries, failure fallbacks, and result feedback loops.
- Develop and maintain the Harness framework by designing test scenarios, defining evaluation criteria, curating task sets, analyzing performance, and recommending iterative improvements.
- Collaborate closely with Tech Owners, frontend engineers, and Skill design leads to translate business requirements into actionable and production-ready product specifications.
- Identify and prioritize high-value Agent use cases across Web3 Wallet, Account, Payment, Trading, and other Binance business lines.
- Stay abreast of advancements in AI Agent technologies, tool-calling, prompt engineering, and automated evaluation, and translate them into actionable product initiatives.
Requirements
- Prior experience in AI products, Agent products, AIGC applications, automation tools, or developer tooling.
- Background in Web3, exchanges, wallets, payments, on-chain transactions, DeFi, or crypto assets.
- Hands-on understanding of AI Agents, including tool-calling, task planning, context management, and evaluation frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to drive execution in ambiguous environments.
- Proficiency in developing clear PRDs, flow diagrams, test cases, acceptance criteria, and iteration plans.
- Exceptional cross-team collaboration and communication skills across various stakeholders.

- Experience with exchanges, Web3 wallets, on-chain trading, payments, or fintech products.
- Familiarity with AI Agent Harness, Eval, Benchmarking, automated testing platforms, or prompt evaluation.

Build services such as blockchain indexers, event processors, chain APIs, wallet services, and transaction pipelines
Design and improve blockchain workflows around transaction execution, event monitoring, reconciliation, and failure recovery
Make trade-offs between scalability, security, observability, maintainability, and business priorities
