Product Manager, Card

Our Product Management team is responsible for driving product initiatives globally, guiding products from concept to launch. Collaborating with various teams, including engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers, the team ensures successful product releases and feature enhancements.

As a Card Product Manager, you will oversee the complete management of Crypto.com's card products. Working closely with cross-functional groups such as marketing, finance, risk management, and technology, you will spearhead product success and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Determine optimal strategies for launching products in new markets, overseeing the process end-to-end with stakeholder management and adherence to local regulations.
• Create feasible timelines for product delivery and market launch.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with partners and vendors to negotiate and secure beneficial agreements for the organization.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the product to drive market expansion, usage, and profitability improvements.
• Lead project teams spanning different regions and functions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and developments within the crypto and financial sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
• Possess at least 4 years of product management experience, preferably in the financial sector with a focus on card products.
• Strong familiarity with card payment systems, regulations, and industry trends.
• Demonstrated record of effectively launching and managing card products to enhance revenue.
• Proficient in analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing abilities across all organizational levels.
• Previous exposure to agile product development methodologies is advantageous.
