Product Manager, Card

Our Product Management team spearheads product initiatives from the initial stages through to implementation, driving impacts and launching products/features across a global scale. We work closely with various team members, such as engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other cross-functional collaborators to deliver noteworthy features and products successfully.

As a Card Product Manager, you will take on the comprehensive management of Crypto.com's card products. Collaborating with diverse teams including marketing, finance, risk management, and technology, your role will involve ensuring the triumph of card products and fostering revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plan and execute launches in new countries, overseeing the entire process with a focus on stakeholder management and compliance with local regulations.
• Responsible for crafting feasible timelines and managing the product release into the market effectively.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with business partners/vendors (card schemes, issuers, acquirers, etc.) to secure optimal solutions and commercial agreements for the organization.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the product to drive enhancements aimed at boosting market penetration, usage, and profitability for Crypto.com.
• Spearhead cross-regional and cross-functional project teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Stay informed on current trends, competitors, and developments within the crypto and financial markets.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related discipline.
• Possess at least 4 years of product management experience, preferably within the financial services sector with a specialization in card products.
• Demonstrate a strong grasp of card payment systems, regulations, and industry trends.
• Showcase a proven track record of effectively launching and managing card products that drive revenue growth.
• Exhibit exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across various functions and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with agile product development methodologies is desirable.
