Description
Our Product Management team oversees the development and rollout of product initiatives worldwide, collaborating with various teams to deliver exceptional features and products. As a Card Product Manager, you will lead the management of Crypto.com's card products by working closely with cross-functional teams. Your focus will be on ensuring the success and growth of card products, influencing revenue generation through strategic decisions and collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and execute the launch of card products in new markets, adhering to local regulations and managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Develop realistic timelines for product introduction and ensure successful product delivery to market.
- Enhance relationships with business partners and vendors to secure optimal solutions and agreements for Crypto.com.
- Gain comprehensive product knowledge to drive improvements in market adoption, utilization, and profitability.
- Lead project teams across regions and functions, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and developments in the crypto and financial markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Over 4 years of experience in product management within the financial services industry, particularly with a focus on card products.
- Thorough understanding of card payment systems, industry regulations, and trends.
- Demonstrated success in launching and managing card products that contribute to revenue growth.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the capability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile product development methodologies is advantageous.
