Product Manager - KYC/ KYB

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate within a regional team to develop a cutting-edge platform delivering top-tier KYC/KYB services in compliance with regulations and offering optimal user experiences.
• Aid in shaping the development roadmap aligned with the strategic vision and objectives.
• Develop and review Product Requirements Documents (PRD) to facilitate seamless tracking within the project team.
• Ensure project execution aligns with set schedules to meet deadlines effectively.
• Engage with Engineers/Designers and internal stakeholders to ensure user needs are met, prioritizing features that provide the most value.
• Continuously refine workflow design to ensure an intuitive platform for enhanced user experience and improved conversion rates in targeted markets.
• Support Regional/Global Heads and collaborate with various stakeholders to facilitate product implementation.
• Articulate new features and enhancements to users and internal stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing product support, craft documentation outlining functionality changes, and offer assistance to users.
• Monitor and analyze key user metrics to establish a feedback loop for ongoing enhancements.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated 3-5 years of Product Management experience in Technology, Fintech, Finance, or Blockchain sectors.
• Strong familiarity with local market KYC processes is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in product lifecycle management, preferably within an agile framework.
• Effective time management and organizational skills, with a keen sense of prioritization.
• Logical thinking capabilities to identify and communicate rationale, assumptions, and risks.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication proficiencies.
• Self-driven individual thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative, results-oriented environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory; proficiency in a local language is a bonus.
