We are in search of an innovative Product Manager to spearhead and revolutionize our loyalty initiatives, crafting impactful, user-centric experiences that resonate on a global scale. As a Loyalty Product Manager, your role will entail defining and implementing a vision that enriches the value we provide to users through rewards, benefits, and incentives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be imperative as you design, develop, and expand loyalty solutions that not only meet business objectives but also captivate and please our customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and orchestrate the strategic roadmap for our loyalty and rewards products to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives
- Drive the entire product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, and marketing teams for successful and timely delivery
- Continuously collect user feedback and analyze program performance to steer feature improvements and novel product development
- Keep abreast of market trends and rival offerings to guarantee our loyalty programs remain innovative and deliver substantial value to users
- Manage and refine existing loyalty features while seeking new avenues for growth and enhancement
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably with a focus on loyalty, rewards, or customer engagement programs
- Demonstrated success in launching and refining consumer-facing products at scale
- Possess a data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into actionable product strategies
- Outstanding communication skills and adeptness at collaborating across diverse teams
- Ability to strike a balance between customer demands and business objectives in a fast-paced setting
- Familiarity with the crypto or fintech industries is advantageous but not mandatory; a fervor for the future of loyalty in digital finance is crucial
- An innovative and customer experience improvement-oriented mindset, coupled with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
