Product Manager - Onchain

About the role:

We are seeking dynamic Product Managers (Senior level as well) to spearhead product initiatives from concept to execution. This role presents a distinctive opportunity for a visionary individual to design and oversee a groundbreaking platform that revolutionizes financial interactions. The incumbent will have the chance to make a significant impact by launching products and features worldwide, collaborating closely with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and other team members. Specifically focused on the DeFi wallet and extension team, responsible for the web extension product and contributing to mobile app development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the team’s roadmap, milestones, and dependencies aligning with strategic goals
• Envision features, draft product specifications, conduct user studies, incorporate feedback, create test plans with QA, manage backlog, and ensure timely launch of products/features
• Engage in customer interviews and interactions to cultivate empathy and fulfill their requirements
• Appropriately prioritize initiatives and projects, evaluating necessary tradeoffs
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Act as the team's representative in cross-functional communications
• Manage specific features in a product line or operate as the sole product owner

Requirements:

• Approach work with data-informed insight, coupled with a user-centered attitude
• Demonstrate a passion for crafting outstanding customer-facing products and stay updated on Web3 industry trends
• Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in launching and evolving successful software products at scale
• Exhibit strong leadership qualities, taking proactive actions and achieving tangible outcomes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, and growth teams
• Hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Background knowledge in DeFi, blockchain, NFTs, Web 3 is advantageous (either user experience or prior work in Web3)
• Experience with web extension products is preferred
