About the Opportunity

We are on the lookout for a skillful and seasoned professional to fulfill the role of Crypto Product Manager within our dynamic team. As a Crypto Product Manager, you will drive the creation and implementation of our crypto-focused products and services. Collaborating closely with teams across various functions – including engineering, design, marketing, and business development – you will define product strategies, prioritize features, and enhance user experiences. An ideal candidate should possess a profound grasp of the crypto landscape, exceptional analytical abilities, strong communication skills, and a drive to foster innovation within the crypto sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Product Coverage: Opportunity to engage with a broad spectrum of trading areas such as manual trading, copy trading, trading bots, APIs, and other fundamental trading aspects.
• Product Strategy: Develop and execute a precise product strategy for our crypto-related offerings, in alignment with the organization's broader goals. Keep abreast of industry trends, evaluate competitor offerings, and identify new opportunities within the crypto domain.
• Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize the product roadmap to ensure alignment with company objectives and market demands. Collaborate with diverse teams to gather requirements, assess feasibility, and specify product features clearly.
• User Research: Conduct user research and interviews to gain insights into customer needs, pain points, and behaviors specific to the crypto space. Utilize this data to shape product decisions and prioritize impactful features.
• Product Development: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other relevant teams to drive product development from concept to launch. Ensure timely and high-quality feature delivery by working with developers to address any technical challenges.
• Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches by defining go-to-market strategies, coordinating with marketing and sales teams, and facilitating seamless product adoption.
• Performance Tracking: Establish key product metrics and a framework for tracking and analyzing product performance. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance product performance and make well-informed decisions about future enhancements.
• Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders including local market executives, engineering teams, and business development teams to ensure product initiatives are aligned and supported. Effectively communicate progress, updates, and impact to stakeholders at all levels.

What We Look For In You

• Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Product Manager, preferably in the crypto or financial tech sector, with a demonstrated track record of delivering innovative products.
• Crypto Knowledge: Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, centralized (CeFi) or decentralized finance (DeFi), and related concepts, along with familiarity of major crypto exchanges, wallets, and trading.
• Technical Background: Strong technical acumen to comprehend and communicate complex technical concepts, with experience working closely with engineering teams to develop software products.
• User-Centric Mindset: Passion for understanding user needs and delivering exceptional user experiences, with proficiency in user research methodologies and user-centric design principles.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, derive valuable insights, and make data-driven product decisions. Proficiency in analytics tools and conducting A/B testing.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product vision, strategy, and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Adaptability: Comfortable operating in a rapidly evolving industry, adept at adapting quickly to changing priorities and market conditions.
