Product Manager ( Web)

Responsibilities

• Oversee product requests for Web, managing the complete product cycle from request confirmation to release, particularly excelling in cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal processes and possessing blockchain-related expertise.
• Preferred experience in designing compliance-related products and managing projects, including knowledge of various compliance and regulatory requirements in different countries, with the ability to design features compliant with these rules.
• Gather user feedback to continually enhance product features and improve the overall user experience.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of product functions through AB testing, analyze data to make informed decisions, and propose enhancements.
• Conduct in-depth data monitoring for key conversion metrics, identify issues through data analysis, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Generate regular product data reports, analyze growth drivers, and offer strategic insights on product development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of Product management experience.
• Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Solid grasp of user experience and user interface design principles.
• Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to derive insights and make data-backed decisions.
• Excellent time management and coordination abilities to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in stakeholder management and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English is essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
