Key Responsibilities
Product Planning & Strategy:
Lead the planning, design, and innovation of the exchange's structured product line, fine-tuning the product roadmap.
Conduct thorough market research to gauge trends, competitor actions, and user needs for precise product launch timing and pricing strategies.
Establish core product metrics and actively oversee product development and operational strategies through data analysis.
Product Design & Execution:
Develop and implement innovative strategies for the exchange's structured product line.
Utilize insights from market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback to drive effective product launches and pricing approaches.
Define essential product metrics and guide product improvement through comprehensive data analysis.
Operational Support & Growth Steering:
Provide comprehensive support to the operations team regarding product launch, promotion, and user education strategies.
Analyze product sales data and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and develop operational strategies.
Oversee product performance and collaborate with various teams to devise response strategies for unusual market conditions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Serve as the primary interface for the product line, coordinating efforts with multiple teams to ensure seamless processes from product design to post-sales support.
Collaborate with the marketing team to simplify complex financial products for better communication and enhanced product visibility.
Qualifications
Experience:
Possess at least 5 years of experience in financial products, wealth management, or internet operational product management.
Preference for experience in digital currency structured products, traditional wealth management products, or derivatives.
Skills:
Demonstrated interest in financial markets and strong understanding of macroeconomic concepts.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Attributes:
Results-driven with a strong sense of business ownership and product revenue.
Quick learner with a proactive approach, capable of adapting to the fast-paced cryptocurrency industry.
