Product Operations (Structured Finance) Manager

Responsibilities
Product Planning & Strategy: Develop and oversee the product roadmap for our structured product suite. Conduct thorough market research on crypto trends and competitors to identify new product opportunities and execute effective go-to-market strategies.
Product Design & Execution: Create product rules, yield structures, and parameter configurations while ensuring competitive pricing aligned with risk parameters. Translate user requirements into detailed Product Requirements Documents and collaborate with internal teams for optimal product performance.
Operational Support & Growth: Provide product expertise to operations and marketing teams, facilitating successful product launches and adoption plans. Utilize data analysis to identify growth opportunities and enhance product performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication and execution across various departments to deliver a top-tier user experience, working with Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Quant, Risk, and Customer Service.
Requirements
Experience: 8-10 years in product management focused on financial, wealth management, or internet operational products. Preference for candidates with experience in cryptocurrencies, traditional wealth management, or derivatives, especially those who have launched successful products in the crypto or fintech realm.
Skills: Strong financial market understanding and a passion for the industry. Proficiency in interest rates, volatility concepts, and data-driven decision-making tools such as SQL and Excel. Excellent communication and project management skills.
Attributes: Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership for business growth. Fast learner adaptable to the dynamic cryptocurrency landscape. Ability to innovate product solutions based on user needs.
Bonus Points: Active involvement in cryptocurrencies, understanding of DeFi and blockchain protocols. Background in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields. Possession of financial certifications like CFA or FRM.

Your Mission
You’ll be the brain behind risk strategy across Gopher’s ecosystem — balancing decentralization with resilience.
From smart contract exposure to liquidity risk and treasury management — your job is to make sure every piece of the system is solid, compliant, and forward-looking.
What You’ll Do
Design and maintain comprehensive risk frameworks tailored to Web3 systems (protocol, liquidity, counterparty, smart contract).
Monitor and analyze on-chain activity, market volatility, and ecosystem health to identify emerging threats.
Work closely with treasury, quant, and governance teams to ensure risk-adjusted strategies.
Establish and document risk policies and mitigation plans (both operational and token-economic).
Contribute to internal audits, compliance with applicable jurisdictions, and protocol transparency.
Engage with community and DAO contributors to maintain open risk communication
You’re a Great Fit If You
Have 3–5+ years in risk management, quantitative finance, or DeFi / crypto projects.
Know your way around DeFi protocols, liquidity pools, staking, on-chain analytics tools (Dune, Nansen, Arkham, etc.).
Understand tokenomics, smart contract audit principles, and treasury diversification strategies.
Feel at home reading Etherscan, analyzing TVL, and tracking wallet flows.
Communicate clearly, document well, and think both strategically and hands-on.
(Bonus) Have contributed to DAOs or Web3 protocols before — or maybe you’ve been a degen with a spreadsheet.
