Job Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance product strategies based on market analysis, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with various teams like product management, marketing, engineering, and finance to implement effective monetization strategies.
- Analyze product performance and user feedback to refine strategies and enhance product offerings.
- Create pricing models that drive growth and acquisition while maintaining profitability.
- Continuously evaluate and adjust monetization approaches to adapt to market changes.
- Present outcomes and strategies to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product strategy, product management, Consulting, or Finance within a tech-driven environment.
- Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders to align with desired outcomes.
- Thorough understanding of Cryptocurrency monetization models and successful implementation experience.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL and Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence peers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in DEFI or Centralised Exchange.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on innovative thinking.
