Job Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance product strategies based on market analysis, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with various teams like product management, marketing, engineering, and finance to implement effective monetization strategies.
• Analyze product performance and user feedback to refine strategies and enhance product offerings.
• Create pricing models that drive growth and acquisition while maintaining profitability.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust monetization approaches to adapt to market changes.
• Present outcomes and strategies to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product strategy, product management, Consulting, or Finance within a tech-driven environment.
• Ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders to align with desired outcomes.
• Thorough understanding of Cryptocurrency monetization models and successful implementation experience.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like SQL and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence peers.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in DEFI or Centralised Exchange.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on innovative thinking.
