Description
Our client is a key player in the over-the-top video streaming industry and is in need of a Technical Manager to lead the team responsible for developing the corporate site and other web projects.
They are looking for a self-driven candidate who will serve as a product support manager to oversee daily operations, manage support workflow and requests, and ensure effective communication among various locations.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with support and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues promptly.
- Devise and implement strategies to optimize and automate the support workflow, aiming to reduce response times and enhance satisfaction levels.
- Work closely with team members abroad to handle and fulfill operational requests efficiently.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures to align team expectations and maintain service delivery consistency.
- Utilize automation technologies to boost operational efficiency and efficacy.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by partaking in management activities.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in operational management, particularly in streaming, mobile, or app domains.
- Strong background in streaming product development.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities with the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Proficiency in integrating and utilizing automation technologies to streamline processes.
- Exceptional communication skills and adeptness in working alongside multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
