Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead challenging, large-scale, interdisciplinary technology projects.
• Work closely with development teams to estimate tasks, define milestones, and allocate resources effectively.
• Oversee the entire process, from conceptualization to implementation, by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor progress, address dependencies, mitigate risks, and keep stakeholders informed of project status.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators, leveraging data for decision-making.
• Coordinate technology projects with business deliverables, balancing technical requirements with business needs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for different user groups (e.g., support guides, API documentation).
• Enhance deployment processes and promote knowledge sharing among team members.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in managing projects or programs within a software environment.
• Profound understanding of software development, architecture, and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies; experience as a Scrum Master is a bonus.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across various departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to align diverse teams towards common objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Skilled in leading meetings, achieving desired outcomes, and summarizing information effectively.
• Previous experience in establishing processes and leading automation efforts.
• Proficiency in using JIRA and Confluence.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, CSM, PSM, or ACP.
