We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategically focused Project Manager to help drive cross-departmental initiatives by establishing and managing customized project tracking systems. This role plays a key part in aligning project execution with overall organizational objectives, particularly in streamlining internal processes through maturity models.
The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, be adaptable to various project management approaches, and effectively collaborate with both technical and operational team members.
Key Responsibilities
Tooling & Workflow Development
Develop and maintain project tracking systems like Monday.com and JIRA.
Tailor project tools to suit departmental requirements and strategic goals.
Ensure the tracking tools can support maturity model benchmarks and assessments.
Maturity Model Integration
Define and embed maturity criteria across business functions in coordination with leadership.
Use project data to assess maturity progress and suggest growth strategies.
Create mechanisms within project tools to display and report on maturity improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering
Conduct consultations with technical and operational teams to identify project and process needs.
Translate unclear inputs into actionable tracking solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure a common understanding of tracking practices.
Project & Process Execution Support
Manage cross-functional initiatives from initiation to closure.
Monitor timelines, dependencies, and deliverables while identifying opportunities for process enhancement.
Facilitate retrospectives and post-mortem reviews to extract insights and enhance workflows.
Methodology Adaptation & Process Agility
Apply and adapt project management methodologies to various project types and team maturity levels.
Educate teams on appropriate frameworks and support their adoption across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in cross-functional project management preferred.
- Demonstrated capability in developing or customizing project tracking systems.
- Familiarity with maturity models such as SE-CMM and OPM3.
- Proficiency in project management platforms like Monday.com, JIRA, Confluence, and Asana.
- Strong facilitation, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
- Exposure to or certification in Project Management or Process Management frameworks.
- Background in designing or integrating internal business systems or tools.
- Familiarity with compliance or regulated industry environments.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000 annually
This role may involve activities that require the operation of a company vehicle or travel between job sites. Candidates must be insurable under CleanSpark's vehicle insurance policy.
