About the Role

We are in search of a highly skilled and creative individual to fill the position of CRM MarTech Manager within our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the CRM Martech & Projects Director, the chosen candidate will have a crucial role in implementing our CRM strategies, starting from defining business requirements to final execution.

As an integral part of the CRM team, the CRM MarTech Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, product, data, growth, and tech teams to drive meaningful engagements. This role offers the opportunity to work on CRM applications that significantly impact user engagement and retention on the platform, providing exposure to project management, growth strategy, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop CRM strategies that improve customer experience and retention.
  • Utilize customer data and insights to guide campaigns and initiatives.
  • Manage the overall CRM function, overseeing project development from inception to completion.
  • Work with development teams to estimate work efforts, establish milestones, and allocate resources.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical requirements accurately and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Effectively communicate project status, potential roadblocks, and key deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in planning and quality assurance for data tracking events and integration projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Act as the communication point between internal teams and external vendors.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in managing customer data platforms (CDP) with a focus on Growth.
  • Hands-on expertise with CDP encompassing retention, acquisition, experimentation, data visualization tools, and data warehouses.
  • Proficiency in API requirements and liquid scripting for campaign automation and dynamic personalization.
  • Strong analytical skills for querying complex datasets using SQL.
  • Ability to translate CRM requirements into Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
  • Proficient in project management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, always seeking innovative solutions to overcome challenges with minimal supervision.
