Summary:

Oasis is a blockchain platform prioritizing privacy, equipped with scalable cross-chain functionality to offer data sovereignty and on-chain privacy to the Web3 ecosystem. The Oasis Protocol Foundation backs initiatives focusing on creating privacy-boosting applications on the Oasis Network.

Role Objective:

The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects spanning marketing, community, and business development domains. This involves supervision of project timelines, finances, assets, and risks to achieve business targets and meet stakeholder expectations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Organize and update task lists for the Community, Marketing, and Business Development teams.
• Recommend and implement project management tools for enhanced task synchronization while spearheading the setup of processes to elevate team efficiency.
• Track project advancement and tweak plans to ensure adherence to deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders, providing regular progress reports, risk discussions, and issue resolutions.
• Perform routine reviews and checks to identify flaws and apply corrective measures.
• Document lessons learned and best practices for future enhancement.
• Efficiently allocate resources to guarantee prompt and within-budget project task completions.
• Coordinate and arrange meetings for the Community, Marketing, and Business Development units.
• Align with other team leads to schedule syncs and dialogues as needed.
• Manage external communication with partners and service providers.

Required Qualifications:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in a related field or possesses equivalent industry experience.
• Demonstrated track record as a project manager in a technology or blockchain organization.
• Stellar communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams in Marketing, Community, and Business Development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving proficiencies for process enhancements and spotting scope for improvement.
• Experience implementing project management tools and methodologies to elevate team productivity.

Interview Steps:

• Initial screening call with the Recruitment team to review qualifications and background.
• Technical panel with the Director of Operations to delve into project management tools and methods.
• Collaborative interview with BD and Engineering / Community and Marketing team representatives.
• Final evaluation with team leads and upper management to determine fit and discuss role-specific duties and expectations.
