QA Engineer (DeFi)

Our Quality Assurance (QA) team is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure the quality and performance of our mobile and web applications. Emphasis is placed on utilizing automation frameworks to streamline the testing process and enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans and manual test cases, utilizing coding skills to solve technical challenges and expedite the testing cycle.
• Estimate test efforts, analyze and communicate test results, and engage in day-to-day QA activities.
• Enhance and maintain test frameworks, tools, and technologies to uphold high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with Development, Test, and Product Management teams to devise effective test and validation strategies.
• Manage test cases and results, report on metrics related to testing and defects.
• Develop, execute, and troubleshoot manual test scenarios across various systems.
• Contribute to the creation of robust and scalable solutions for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Support in establishing a Continuous Integration (CI) environment and drive ongoing process improvements.
• Identify opportunities for enhancements in test and development processes within a dynamic work environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mobile and web testing, focusing on maintaining quality throughout software development cycles.
• Proven ability to transform functional requirements and use cases into actionable test plans and test cases.
• Strong customer-centric approach, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in an agile environment is preferred.
• Fluency in English is required.
