Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate candidate interviews efficiently to streamline the scheduling process.
- Organize post-interview debrief meetings and provide relevant debrief materials.
- Maintain the recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information accuracy and relevance.
- Keep track of recruiting activities and provide candidate status updates to the recruiting team.
- Identify areas for enhancing the candidate experience and scheduling efficacy.
- Assist in coordinating other recruitment activities as required.
