We are currently seeking a Recruiting Coordinator with exceptional organizational skills, adept at managing a fast-paced environment, to contribute to building an outstanding team. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment life cycle, coordinate interviews, process candidate feedback, and manage offer letter creation. The ideal candidate will be involved in managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments within Figment, primarily PeopleOps, Legal, and Accounting.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Recruitment Life Cycle, including interview scheduling and offer letter creation.
  • Oversight of the ATS, Greenhouse.
  • Handle the onboarding process for new employees and maintain an organized start date calendar.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with different departments at Figment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Strong organizational and calendar management skills.
  • Proficient in Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Notion.
  • Excellent time management and self-initiative.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Team-player mindset with a penchant for fast-paced startup environments.

Figment upholds the core principle of transparency through its commitment to open communication and information sharing. We ensure transparency regarding pay, benefits, and compensation for all roles within the company. The base salary for this position ranges from CAD $60,000 to $75,000 and USD $60,000 to $75,000. Additional compensation and benefits are not included in this range. For candidates in other countries, the pay range will be disclosed during the initial interview stage.
