Recruitment Lead
The Arbitrum Foundation based in the Cayman Islands plays a crucial role in developing and fostering the Arbitrum ecosystem. One of its key products is Arbitrum One, an Optimistic Rollup solution that scales applications instantly, reduces costs, and boosts capacity while maintaining Ethereum security. Additionally, Arbitrum Nova provides low-cost transaction fees ideal for Social and Gaming applications by utilizing AnyTrust technology.
Arbitrum is currently a leading Ethereum scaling solution, holding a dominant market share with numerous apps and over 50% of all rollup liquidity on its platform.
As a Recruitment Lead, you will have a pivotal role in expanding our teams. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and hiring managers, you will bring creativity and strategy to attract and hire top talent. With a genuine interest in blockchain technology, you possess a keen eye for identifying exceptional technical and non-technical contributors.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to determine staffing requirements
- Leading and managing recruitment processes for various roles and establishing a network in the talent market
- Tracking all applicants and maintaining communication throughout the application process
- Cultivating trust-based relationships with candidates
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, specifically in building a candidate pipeline for a rapidly growing startup
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Lever software
- Profound planning and operational abilities
- Passion for and experience in the blockchain/crypto industry
