Description
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to serve as the Region Director of Account Management for the UK & Europe region. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the VIP Account Management function, overseeing a team of Account Managers dedicated to providing top-notch service to our most valuable clients on the Main App. Your focus will be on cultivating strong client relationships to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
The successful candidate should possess a growth mindset, extensive client relationship experience, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and client bases.
Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Establish and scale a successful team of Account Managers, specializing in managing high-value clients on the Main App.
- Develop best practices, processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure exceptional client service and account management.
- Provide guidance and support to Account Managers to help them improve client relationships.
Client Management & Business Growth
- Devise and implement regional strategies to boost revenue per client, retention rates, trading activity, and assets under management (AUM).
- Ensure premier service is delivered to top clients by actively engaging with them, providing market insights, and offering tailored support.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling to enhance product and service usage among high-value traders.
- Build solid referral networks to broaden business reach through existing clients.
Regional Strategy & Market Execution
- Act as the main regional representative to align business strategies with market demands and client requirements.
- Acquire in-depth market knowledge and competitive insights to discover new expansion prospects.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (Product, Legal/Compliance, Payments/Fraud, Operations) to advocate for customer needs and implement market-driven improvements.
Data-Driven Performance Management
- Track and optimize various client engagement metrics such as trading volume, frequency, AUM, and more.
- Thoroughly analyze account performance data to detect patterns, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
- Drive regional business performance by setting and achieving challenging KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in account management, sales, or relationship management, preferably within industries like crypto, sports betting/iGaming, trading, fintech, or financial services.
- Demonstrated track record in building and overseeing successful teams, showing expertise in recruitment, coaching, and talent development.
- Strong customer relationship management skills, especially in handling high-net-worth clients effectively.
- Proficient in data analysis to shape strategy and boost performance.
- Cultural awareness and regional knowledge are essential, as language proficiency and cultural sensitivity are crucial for the assigned territory.
- Entrepreneurial and action-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- While not mandatory, a deep comprehension of crypto trading, market dynamics, and retail trading behaviors is preferred.
