Region Director - Account Management, Growth
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Region Director of Account Management to oversee the growth of our VIP Account Management division in the UK & Europe area. The role entails building and supervising a team of Account Managers dedicated to providing exceptional service to our top-tier clients using Main App. The focus will be on establishing strong client relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate should exhibit a growth-oriented mindset, possess expertise in client relationships, and demonstrate the skill to navigate diverse multicultural environments effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Establish and grow a proficient team of Account Managers focused on catering to high-value customers using Main App.
- Implement best practices, processes, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure top-notch account management and client service.
- Provide guidance and support to Account Managers, helping them enhance client relationships through skill development and strategic insights.
Client Management & Business Growth
- Craft and execute regional strategies to maximize revenue per customer, retention, trading activity, and assets under management (AUM).
- Ensure top-tier clients receive personalized white-glove service through proactive communication, market insights, and tailored support.
- Identify and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities to boost product and service utilization among high-value traders.
- Expand business through existing clients by establishing strong referral networks.
Regional Strategy & Market Execution
- Act as the principal regional representative, aligning business strategies with market trends and customer requirements.
- Develop in-depth market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify avenues for expansion.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (Product, Legal/Compliance, Payments/Fraud, Operations) to champion customer needs and drive market-centric enhancements.
Data-Driven Performance Management
- Monitor and optimize trading volume, frequency, AUM, and various client engagement metrics.
- Analyze account performance data to recognize trends, opportunities, and areas needing enhancement.
- Drive the regional business performance by setting and achieving ambitious KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in account management, sales, or relationship management within sectors such as crypto, sports betting/iGaming, trading, fintech, or financial services.
- Demonstrated track record of building and leading successful teams, showcasing strong talent recruitment, coaching, and development abilities.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, specifically handling high-net-worth clients effectively.
- Solid analytical aptitude, utilizing data to steer strategy and performance enhancements.
- Cultural awareness and regional know-how crucial for the assigned territory, including language proficiency and cultural sensitivity.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach, adept problem-solving skills, and adaptability in a dynamic setting.
- Preferably, a deep understanding of crypto trading, market dynamics, and retail trading behaviors, though not mandatory.
