Description
We are in search of a dynamic and customer-focused Region Director of Account Management to oversee and expand the VIP Account Management department within the UK & Europe region. The primary responsibility will be to lead a team of Account Managers dedicated to providing top-notch service to our most valuable Main App customers. The main objective is to cultivate strong client relationships to enhance client satisfaction, retention rates, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Development
- Establish and grow a productive team of Account Managers specializing in high-value Main App clients.
- Implement best practices, procedures, and performance indicators to ensure exceptional account management and client satisfaction.
- Provide guidance and support to Account Managers to empower them with the necessary skills and knowledge to nurture client relationships.
Client Management & Business Growth
- Devise and execute strategies to maximize revenue, retention rates, trading activity, and assets under management for the region.
- Ensure top-tier clients receive personalized white-glove service through proactive communication, market insights, and tailored support.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to boost product and service usage among high-value clients.
- Establish robust referral networks to expand business via existing clients.
Regional Strategy & Market Execution
- Act as the primary representative for the region, aligning business strategies with market trends and client requirements.
- Acquire in-depth market knowledge and competitive analyses to identify growth prospects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Legal/Compliance, Payments/Fraud, Operations) to advocate for client needs and market-centric improvements.
Data-Driven Performance Management
- Monitor and optimize trading volume, AUM, client engagement metrics, and trading frequency.
- Analyze client performance data to spot trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
- Take ownership of regional business performance, establishing and attaining challenging KPIs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in account management, sales, or relationship management, particularly in areas like crypto, sports betting/iGaming, trading, fintech, or financial services.
- Proven track record in establishing and leading successful teams with strong recruitment, coaching, and talent development abilities.
- Outstanding customer relationship management skills, including previous experience with high-net-worth clients.
- Proficiency in data analysis, utilizing data for strategic planning and performance enhancement.
- Cultural sensitivity and multicultural awareness with expertise in pertinent regional factors—language proficiency and cultural understanding are crucial for the designated territory.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach, adept problem-solving skills, and flexibility in fast-paced surroundings.
- Preferred but not obligatory: deep comprehension of crypto trading, market dynamics, and retail trading behaviors.
